They did this because they believed the Bible forbids “a woman to teach.” They want to do what the Bible says, what Jesus said. Yet how much of that do they ignore? Whitewashed sepulchers! After that vote, I’d say “Come out of her, my people!” The Dragon, the Beast, and the False Prophet are all three among us, and they can be found in the sorts of churches you are looking for. I hope you can find a church that will lead you back to true Christianity instead of the worship of what you call “traditional conservative values”. There are REAL traditional conservative American values to be found in a few churches, but they are churches where people spend long hours reading their Bibles, care for each other, pray together, and don’t think Fox News is the voice of God.
