I have no hose bib on the left side (or back) of our house and it seems the simplest, easiest and cheapest way to do it is to tap off the irrigation water main line that is directly below where I would want it. I could also go straight through the wall right into the kitchen behind the fridge and tap into the refrigerator water line (BEFORE the valve) there but that's too much work. Other than that there is no SIMPLE way to do it other than running tubing or hose all around the outside of the house which IMO is kind of silly. I have tried the 100' foot hose method but really is a PITA. and still doesn't fully reach to where I also need it.. Next door neighbor has hose bib on the side and the back and the front and I have no idea why our home only has the one near the front of the garage on the front door side. Her's is a 3/2 and ours a 2/2 but the outside design is almost identical. Same model just 2 vs 3 BR. They are about 16yrs old.

The irrig water obviously isn't drinkable and it stinks like sh1t when first turned on but I want it mainly for power washer and other roof and siding maintenance.

EDIT: Actually I noticed there is an unused "ZONE" in the main irrig switching box. Could probably just connect to that and turn it on when needed with my irrigation controller app. Hmmm.
If you're going to use it just for yard things, go for it. People should not be drinking from your water supply whether potable or not. I say go for it👍
