I agree. But, our country is spending millions on this project, and now they are sending a nuclear sub to the area, which will cost even more millions. I'll bet you a dollar that we will not ask Canada or the submarine owner to reimburse us for anything. And, they won't provide the U.S. taxpayers any accounting on how much of their money they spent. We are suckers.
