BUT the incidences of occurrences of home fires and car accidents is a lot more prevalent than incidents of Termites destroying homes.
Do you recall the tornados tearing through The Villages about 15 years ago ? The damage to your home and car do not have to be as extensive as a totaled car or a hone burned down fir you to have insurance.
Have you ever asked Massey or others about showing g you evidence of the incidence of Termites in The Villages? I have and got no answers.
