We've got a CYV, too. When we met with the builder, I got a recommendation from him - Corky Smallwood Painting. This painter was the builder's painting subcontractor and does a lot of work (new and custom re-do) in TV. We had ours repainted (all rooms) prior to moving in. We've very satisfied with the result.
