Personally I would not have my driveway or lanai painted. Have you been on either of these surfaces when wet? It’s like an ice skating ring. Some look great, but too dangerous. I’ve slipped on my buddies driveway and I know homeowners that have slipped. I’m building a birdcage now for a hot tub and going to use Trex or timber tech wood flooring with a little roughness.
