We had epoxy garage floor, lanai floor, and driveway done 3 years ago... garage floor is fine as long as no water gets on it from wet car.. then it's very slippery.
Lanai floor.. under roof and next to pool deck is beautiful.. but DON'T WALK from pool into lanai.. or you are in danger of falling... very slippery especially with wet feet. Driveway is DANGEROUSLY slippery.. especially when wet .
Driveway is flaking up and surface material is cracking. We are about to spend thousands of dollars to have epoxy grinded off the driveway and lanai floors and new textured surfaces installed.
