Have not seen the latest Indiana Jones movie but will soon. Remember seeing the 3rd one in Reno, Nevada while skipping a few lectures at the Law Librarian convention back in the Summer of 1989. Had just graduated from the U of MN Law School in May of 1989 and had been working on cataloging all the computer files on WESTLAW while someone at SUNY at Buffalo's Law Library did the same with LEXIS. The Law Librarian at the U of MN soon after that became the Law Librarian of Congress. I had thought my career was made but then I started pushing my concerns about access for survivors/victims of crimes to practical information in law and other types of libraries based on my own experiences. And was met with the suggestion that I get mental health counseling for my criticisms. Really made me angry when they took that approach. And others at the U of MN Law School/Library also did not like it. The student assistant for the Human Rights Library Professor told me to never give up. I never have.
