It HAS to be resealed every year and in between the stones gets mold BUT they say don no use a pressure washer on it. I have had it with my last home not good. Epoxy flooring not good for outside or patio it will chip and look bad after a few years and Very expensive to fix later on. Use concrete stain/ stamped concrete, lots of designs colors and patterns and looks like a million dollar look when applied by a professional the best for Florida weather .

Didn’t reseal our for 5 years, never had mold, just hosed off every once in awhile. Thirteen years later looks as good as the day Matt did the work
