Very easy and inexpensive DIY project that I enjoyed last winter. I used a NASA Tech kit that I purchased from amazon. It comes with double sided tape but I found it too time consuming to work with because I mounted mine directly on the back side of each individual panel. For that i used power grab adhesive in a tube applied with a caulking gun. My doors have windows that had to be cut out so I mounted 4 small command hooks around each window and use the cutouts to cover the windows on hot sunny days and they can be easily removed on cooler/cloudy days. My doors face west and it makes a noticeable difference in garage temperature. Overall It cost me less than $200 for materials.
