Poster did disclaim that the cart was purchased years ago, and was new at the time, and that things may have changed at the dealership since then.
We don't know if it was new or not.
I, personally, am skeptical that comparing apples to apples, $7,000 was saved over purchasing a similar NEW Yamaha from The Villages Golf Cars.
