Maybe a better question is WHY do you need it in a pdf version rather than a jpg? If you are printing it, you can just request paper snail mail bills instead of electronic. The whole point of e-billing is to be able to save the file on your computer rather than waste the paper. You can save a jpg just like a pdf.
