Woke up yesterday to this beautiful flower on our Peruvian Apple Cactus. Was lucky to have noticed it as the blooms open at night and only last a day. Waiting now for the cactus apple to form. Supposedly they are edible. Hopefully my next post isn't from the Poison Control Center.......
