If you pull the weed, it will release seeds that you can deal with later. Do not use roundup unless you want to kill the surrounding grass and plants. Vinegar is iffy, less effective, and may kill surrounding plants as well. A targeted Herbicide is MSM. It will kill it, but you you must use it sparingly. Spray the plant once and you will see the spurge turn Purple. It may take a week for it to kill the plant entirely. Over use of the herbicide will kill surrounding grass.
