I just counted and on The Villages sale site, today July 28th at noon, there were 63 Courtyard Villas for sale, both new & used. But this doesn't help you if you are planning to purchase in 2024. The survey will have to be taken then. I didn't check MLS, there are probably more used CYVs for sale there too.
