I am not certain if verandas are solely located in Sumter County. I believe they are all located in Wildwood. Not certain, check with a realtor. Either way, the taxes are much cheaper than Lake County/Leesburg. Your realtor can discuss that with you. If you find a veranda with the bond paid, better yet.
