Like all real estate, I'll agree with location, location, LOCATION. However, property taxes and bond are at the bottom of the list. It's just part of the overall cost of ownership, so if $1-2,000 in property taxes is make or break, I'd be looking at a different community than TV. I would think floorplan, neighbors, proximity to services one utilizes, and view all far outrank "property tax".
