If you have the self cancelling turn signals, it is probably the electronic module, located in the dash. I had a similar problem with a cart from Villages Discount carts. The module is unique to them, and they are the only source of supply. As I recall it cost around $140. This is a plug-in device.
Now a word of caution, double check the existing wiring to make sure there is not a short circuit in the turn signal wiring, or your nice new module will fail immediately. These modules are NOT protected and will fail on a short circuit.
In our case, the actual turn signal switch had a "standard" 9 pin connector, and I was told that I could remove the second 9 pin socket from the electronic module and plug in the switch directly into the 9-pin socket and use that for turn signals and brake lights. The problem is you MUST manually flash the turn signals.
