These people are rip off artist of the first class! They are not qualified to do this work, the plumber that was sent out stated he was in law enforcement before going to work for Frank Gay. They extremely over charge for their work. What ever happened to licensed plumbers? Suppose they would have to pay them more.
I have cancelled all future dealings with this company. Next to the BBB.

I guess people need to make up their own minds on "outrageous". But by comparison, I had a new sink, new faucet and new garbage disposal put in about a year ago, name brands on all three, and paid just over $1,000 total. AND they stand behind their products and their work. Two related service calls after installation, both free.

I've never had service or an estimate by Frank Gay services so cannot speak to either. I WILL say however that those commercials of Frank Gay's featuring that saccharine woman with the fake Brit accent are industrial-strength annoying.
