We had the same desire to add a little privacy to the back of our house. We already had a plantings but just low ones. We added two robellini palm tress (you can see everywhere in TV). We got ones that were about 8 feet high and had 3 trunks so once put in the ground - instant privacy. Not cheap but very nice. We had Lawn and House Service LLC 252-470-5981 do the work at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates we received. We also added some other accent plants like foxtails. Very pleased as adds privacy but still allows light into the lanai.
