Default I couldn't have handled it but maybe you can.

Hmmmm. I can only answer for myself. On our first lifestyle trip to TV, (we had visited a friend earlier for less than 24 hours) we had all we could do to just keep ourselves afloat emotionally. There is SO much to see and absorb.Neither of us could sleep very well, and we kept getting lost, and there are the roundabouts and all the houses to look at and into and rec centers and golf and country clubs and the LifeLongLearning College and people who are interesting to talk to and lovely places to eat and on and on and on.......

It would have been difficult for me to assume my role as "matriarch" which includes keeping everyone happy, fed, smiling, rested, interested...etc.

We had the rest of our family on the next trip, but we had already bought a house by then. (Which you could wait to do)

AND they were very pleased with our choice and loved it too.
