The driveway is not against deed restrictions and is way better than the road or in the guest parking spaces in a nearby Villa complex. My neighbors are very happy when I show up with my truck and park it in the driveway. They love it when the guy with the truck is there who is always willing to help them out picking up sod, bags of landscaping rocks, potting or top soil, plants, or a new appliance from Lowe’s for them.

Well… of course … in that case the view is enhanced as one thinks of the kind help.
