Then I assume you are posting this from your phone.

Other than a few (3-5) minutes here and there I've never had any issue with Xfinity internet so I don't know what their customer service is like. Their phone app has some troubleshooting steps you can try. Perhaps it also has an outage map or a way to report a problem.
