ALL golf cart paths were built with bond money. Your CDD had a bond to pay for the infrastructure. The Villages has helped many, but I doubt the city of Wildwood would be interested in adding luxury to a small section of the Villages at Wildwood’s expense. All the Villages wouldn’t necessarily want to step in for an optional golf cart path. Besides, those in the Southern part of the Villages have a much larger bond to pay for infrastructure and are paying for what we have. The northern sections can do the same, besides their bonds were much smaller proportionally.
