I agree about waiting for T&D. They are mostly if not totally vertically integrated. Meaning they can build your pool from all in-house labor. If it’s something done by a subcontractor you can bet they have tight control over them. Most other pool companies sub out a lot of the work and therefore are at the mercy of those subs. I had neighbors who recently had a pool installed. Ground breaking was in October. Completion was in July. Vet any pool company you look into very thoroughly. Several have declared bankruptcy over the past year. I know of one couple in DeLuna that is paying T&D to complete a job where the original contractor went belly up. In order to take the job T&D is having to tear up a lot of the original work before they would issue a warranty.
