Half the stuff that they sell at Aldi are not sold at the same level of quality in Walmart. The prices may be about the same, but why pay the same price at Walmart for the below average quality vs reasonable quality?
I think this will be a great move for Aldi. I'm not rich enough to shop at Publix every time.

We all know Publix is way over the top over priced, but you pay for convenience.
Actually I was referring to WD not Aldi’s. Aldi’s what I seen full of off cheap brands displayed like Sams club in bulk. Most are not same level of Walmart that offers main brands. I can remember WD in last 70’s having financial problems and several times after. If they supply WD’s with off brand of Aldi’s IMO it’s lose lose situation.
