The paper was misrepresented in the video. I read it today, I looked at the numbers, and I quoted directly from the paper.
If I missed something, please point out the section of the paper that I missed.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
