Not to be picky, but I think you mean 180 degrees opposite. 360 would mean that you totally agree with me.
But, seriously, I wonder why Aldi's is the only store that has the 25-cent policy. Some other stores have the plastic bag fee. I don't think these policies save the stores any money, but they do inconvenience some customers. But the main reason I shop at Publix is because of their consistent product availability and excellent restocking.
