I love it too ! So nice to go to a place where their are not carts all over the lot, blocking spaces, sometimes people even leave their carts in HANDICAPPED parking spaces ! ! ! ??? What's THAT all about ? ? I just never would have guessed that people would even bother returning the carts to the correct corral just to get their $.25, but surprise, it WORKS ! You push your cart into the corral and the "slide" returns your quarter. I would have guessed most people would just forget the quarter and leave the carts all over anyway, but it works great ! Someone on here mentioned it's like treating adults as children, and yes, I have to agree. For some reason many adults are too busy, too "tone deaf", or just too weak or handicapped, to walk a few feet to return a cart to a place cars won't be backing out hitting them, or they won't be blocking walkways or available parking spots, etc. !
