Is that true? We have a broad range of temperatures listed so far. What is the square foot of your house and what is the average monthly bill? Does it pay to turn the thermostat up?
I have about a 1500 square foot house and usually keep the temperature at 78 during the day and my monthly electric bill varies from $100 to $150 a month.

That sounds about right. My house is 1150 sq ft, and in the summer I keep it at 75 degrees (day& night) my last bill was $101 which I think is a bargain!
