In 2007 our first stay, we were told by every sales rep VLS and MLS, that this was the last homes to be built. LSL was a ghost town, it was so new.
The Minute a new home was finished it sold 30 seconds later. The “no more building” was a great sales technique. Every new and preowned home was selling in a panic, because of that rumor.
Looking back TV already had property beyond, and then some, but that wasn’t public knowledge. So they family has held true in keeping what the next move is very tight.
We waited didn’t buy into the buying frenzy, waited, new area opened and we bought a new home for $26,000 less than in “07”.
So yes there was that rumor never in writing, because the family knew exactly what they were doing, as in smart business people
