Dunno about frogs coming in through (actually along) the plumbing but snakes surely can.One morning last week I spied one slithering along the hallway; when he saw me he turned and hightailed it under the door to the guest bathroom. Not very big...maybe 12"...but a feisty little bugger. Finally corraled him and put him in a box: turned out (after a couple of calls and texted picture) that he was a juvenile black racer. Apparently they can crawl along sink plumbing and will get in if it isn't sealed.
