I am not fearful of this change. simply dreading the traffic. I wanted to seek the truth because I am planning on moving to the new area. Now, I am well-equipped with facts to make the best decision possible.

With over 10,000 people retiring per day the development is sustainable and pumping over a billion dollars a year into the local economy.
This created continuous high paying skilled jobs for thousands of workers for over twenty years. It's not common to meet families that have multiple generations working in Villages construction all their lives.
The property tax base is also increasing over a billion dollars a year. Apparently enough last year that will result in a tax reduction this year.
Middleton with the schools is brilliant for many reasons and bringing a diverse demographic mix to the market. This will likely open new commercial opportunities. It will be interesting to watch and see if they continue family housing development.
