The eventual implosion of commercial real estate will hit investors and bankers the hardest. I know of a mall near Norwalk Connecticut that had Nordstrom’s for an anchor that is closing. It opened just 2 years ago.
My point, new or established, it just won’t matter. Unless you are dealing with food items or the discounted inventory environment, you likely will die on the commercial vine.
