Yes, I do think the work from home plan has saved businesses a lot of cash, but it sure has assisted the commercial slide as well. Businesses in The Villages will need to be service oriented like restaurants, grocery, with a touch of textiles and furniture?

The commercial building death could be slowed by residential conversion. Maybe a mall could make nice condos or a mini indoor The Villages up north?
