........What will likely happen is that smart people will look at the fact that they can't live in Florida year around due to the summer heat, humidity, and hurricanes. Then, they will look to buy homes in Georgia, South and North Carolina. And they will find those places are probably less costly than Florida is right now.
OR - if we are lucky, the oceans will rise so much, that the villages will become ocean front.
