The developer has never shared what their total planned construction is. They also bought new land 4 months ago even.

Central lake is named after Central lake in Western Michigan just as around 100 other things in TV have been named after other places in Western Michigan. BTW, Central lake in Michigan, is nowhere near the center of Michigan. It's just a name.
