Interesting question and frankly one I had not thought of before !
I did some checking and find that the immigrants coming into and staying in this country has increased by about 80% since 2000...14 years after your question.
Thus my first difference would be the total number that need to be addressed....sort of like a brand new ball game dont you think !
Secondly, the discussion today has to do with a
NATIONAL health care bill...key word being
NATIONAL !
