I am asking questions in this forum so that I can narrow my focus to a small enough number of neighborhoods that it is feasible to drive around and look at them.

when homes are for sale, yes, i've seen random folk driving around checking out the neighborhood. is not strange @ all. you can even speak to us as you wander, getting ideas about the area. i've only met 1 negative person in my 5 years here,
