I had heard that the power conduits and other utilities in this area are not underground, and at one point this area had suffered a long power outage. I just want to be aware of conditions when I'm looking for a resale.

. You heard wrong. There is no gas lines and the power lines are underground. That doesn't mean there can be no power outages
