So the cookie cutter style elsewhere is more attractive. Have you even driven though the Historic side. I guess you don't like mature trees and landscapes, and next year a new regional recreation center. Oh and not to mention close to medical facilities, shopping at multiple grocery stores, department stores, big box, an oh and access to multiple gas station. And then there's The Sharon, Spanish Springs Square, (which is getting many new updates).
