Not to digress too much but completely disagree with this. I lost 30 lbs on keto, lots of fat, lots of flavor. No carbs. My blood pressure improved, my pre-diabetes went away, my cholesterol improved. So I'll take a double bacon cheeseburger please, hold the bun.
