Thanks, you're right though, my videos have helped make a lot of people decide to buy in The Villages. In January of 22 I had a bet, for a beer, that I had helped at least 100 people decide to buy here and asked people to respond either to the video or on social media. In less than 24 hours over 200 people responded yes, and 2 responded they decided not to buy here because of my videos. All were probably the right decisions. Needless to say, I won my beer easily.

I'm not trying to sell houses for the developer, I'm just trying to bring good information to people, there's way too much misinformation out there.
I'm generally a positive person and try to see the best in things, if you're looking for bashing and someone to malign the developer for no valid reason, you'll not find it in my work. What's good is good and bad is bad, I'll just deal with the facts. If someone wants to seek out negativity they can go to that pseudo-news website or the next door site, both seem to traffic in negativity.

To be honest, I do get a little bit (okay, maybe more) of pleasure out of beating the marketing department to the punch.
