I'd like a foyer closet and half bath, which some models have but not together. It's one or the other if you like the floor plan. If a big second bedroom is what you what, check out the Lily model or the Lantana if you can swing it. They both have 15 ft long 2nd bedrooms and the Lily, which is sort of a "baby" Lantana is more affordable and a beautiful looking home.
