Most of the reimagined premier floor plans are being built in Middleton. In that development, homes of any size are on the same street. They also have some premier 2-story homes.
In the Enclave, it appears all homes will be one story. The largest premier homes are the same floor plans the Villages has been building for 20+ years. It is not an exclusive neighborhood. You can find the same homes scattered throughout the Villages and in Middleton.
