Default Yamaha Golf Cars Recall
From October 2023 Consumer Reports:

“Yamaha is recalling about 11,000 Model Year 2023 Golf Car, Personal Transportation Vehicle (PTV), and Umax vehicles because the accelerator spring can become dislodged, allowing the accelerator pedal to not return to the resting position, posing crash and injury or death hazards. The vehicles were sold at Yamaha Golf-Car dealerships and distributors nationwide from August 2022 through March 2023 for $6,200 to $9,700.

What to Do: Stop using the vehicle. Contact Yamaha at 866-747-4027 or go to yamahagolfcar.com for details and to get a free inspection and repair”
