I just recently joined the Genesis health club and have purchased a twelve 1/2-hour lesson package. I am very pleased with the trainer, but I think you have to figure why and how long you need a trainer. My view is I told him what my goal is, and he is instructing me how to achieve it.
Once I understand what I have to do and the equipment that I should use to get me there it is up to me. Really think it out before you jump into this.
