One usually doesn’t hire a trainer to teach them the equipment then move on.
A certified trainer is usually like a life partner, using them for years. One may think they have gained some knowledge then drop the instructor. Not really what a personal trainer really shines at. As one evolves in your routine, mindset and muscles change, so should your workouts. I have used the same trainer regularly 13 years
