One would think the spa company would handle the delivery and set it in place, but they don't, if there is not a clear path to get to the pad. I have my fence in the way. No birdcage yet, that will be the final step. It's a matter of dropping it onto designated spot on cement, once completed. Still going thru ARC, then permit process. Thank you for your input, much appreciated.
