Florida has hate crime laws and statutes. From the state's PDF on the topic:

Wearing Nazi insignia (including some who proudly sported SS pins) while lined up on public walkways while shouting "Jews will not replace us" to passersby is considered intimidation and, by definition, a hate crime. Here's the pdf link:
